The challenge
Travel advisors juggle an enormous amount of context — client preferences, multi-leg itineraries, supplier bookings, commissions, and a constant stream of communication — usually across a patchwork of spreadsheets, inboxes, and disconnected tools. We saw an opportunity to build something purpose-built for how advisors actually work, and to run it as our own product rather than a one-off client engagement.
What we built
JourneyFuse is a travel advisor CRM that brings the entire advisor workflow into one place: client management, trip and itinerary building, proposal generation, client portals, and commission tracking. We owned the full stack — product design, front end, back end, infrastructure, and the ongoing roadmap — and shipped it as a real, billed SaaS product rather than a prototype.
Key pieces we designed and built:
- A trip builder that turns scattered booking details into polished, client-ready itineraries.
- Shareable proposals and a client portal so travelers can review and approve plans.
- Commission tracking so advisors can see what they've earned without spreadsheet gymnastics.
- An onboarding flow that gets a new agency productive on day one.

The results
Today, JourneyFuse is used by agencies and independent advisors across the travel industry.
